A qualified solicitor with over 12 years post qualification experience in real estate and 15 years in the industry, Sam worked for Top 50 law firms before joining an established legal practice in the City of London where he received recognition in the Legal 500. Sam left the Square Mile in 2020 to move to West Yorkshire and establish his legal consultancy, Swann Law, where he continues to provide first class legal services to his clients in partnership with SRA Regulated law firm MLP Law together with Swann Shore, dividing his time between the UK and South Africa.

Rudalph Joseph is a specialist consultant to Swann Shore, supporting the training and development of legal support professionals across the UK and South Africa. With more than two decades of experience in the legal field, Rudalph has worked alongside some of the most accomplished attorneys and advocates in South Africa, honing a deep understanding of legal operations and high-pressure corporate environments.
Known for his precision, resilience, and practical insight, Rudalph has mastered the full spectrum of legal administrative duties, from drafting and formatting to time-sensitive case preparation. He plays a key role in Swann Shore’s legal support development framework, helping shape the readiness of legal PA's, Legal Assistants, and junior fee-earners through role-based mentoring, office-readiness coaching, and structured assessments.
Rudalph is also the founder of The Legal Secretary (Pty) Ltd (TLS), a South Africa-based training consultancy, which collaborates with Swann Shore through the Swann Academy to deliver specialist training modules and hands-on legal coaching. His ability to bring out professional confidence and real-world readiness in trainees makes him a valued contributor to the Swann team.
