Samuel Swann
Sam is an entrepreneur and company builder specialising in the legal and recruitment spaces. A qualified solicitor with over 12 years post qualification experience in real estate and 15 years in the industry, Sam worked for Top 50 law firms before joining an established legal practice in the City of London where he received recognition in the Legal 500.
Sam left the Square Mile in 2020 to move to West Yorkshire and establish his legal consultancy, Swann Law, where he continues to provide first class legal services to his clients in partnership with SRA Regulated law firm MLP Law together with Swann Shore, dividing his time between the UK and South Africa.
Nashá Brown
Nashá plays a central role at Swann Shore, supporting the business across human resources, marketing, and day-to-day operations. With a strong background in executive support and people management, she oversees internal processes, staff coordination, and organisational planning, while also contributing to brand positioning, communications, and marketing initiatives.
Her work spans talent support, compliance coordination, internal engagement, and external-facing content, ensuring alignment between the company’s people strategy and its commercial objectives.
Highly organised and proactive, Nashá brings a considered, detail-driven approach to both operational delivery and strategic support, helping Swann Shore operate efficiently while continuing to grow its presence and reputation in the market.
Rennal Naidu
Rennal is an Executive Assistant at Swann Shore, providing high-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team. With extensive experience in office administration and day-to-day business operations, she plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Rennal approaches her work with precision, integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset. She thrives when navigating challenges and is trusted for her reliability, discretion, and professionalism. Legal Assistant (Durban)
Deshnee Dayanand
Deshnee is a Legal Assistant at Swann Shore and an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal(Durban) and a certification in Compliance Essentials from the University of Cape Town.
She supports Sam Swann across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing transactions. Her experience extends to assisting developers, national coffee franchisees, and occupational tenants across England and Wales, as well as contributing to contentious residential leasehold matters.
Diligent and research-led in her approach, Deshnee delivers high-quality legal support and brings valuable cross-jurisdictional insight to the Swann Shore legal team.
